about Faustine De Longueil

Independent artistic director and graphic designer, Faustine de Longueil recently discovered the tufting technique and began making her first rugs.

She then became passionate about creating unique pieces that she designs, draws and makes by hand in her Parisian studio with exclusively French wool, coming from the Fonty spinning mill, Company-certified spinning mill of Living Heritage (EPV), in the interest of quality and eco-responsibility.

Faustine transforms her graphic creations into collectible design works that magnify everyday life. Her resolutely contemporary creations are elegant and minimalist.

Each rug is designed to give a space a visual and sensory experience, combining the rigor of her first passion with a comforting, intimate universe.

Faustine de Longueil begins a dialogue between the universe that makes her unique and a more feminine touch, creating sculpted volumes, suggesting the possibility of a new dimension in her practice.
