From decades spent honing her eye while working as a stylist and art director for famous magazines, Julie Pailhas has retained an exacting attention to detail and an unwavering passion for staging and presentation.

Since 2021, this natural-born collector has brought her aesthetic visions to life within her own apartment. Transformed into an intimate gallery, her space in the heart of Marseille serves as a secret sanctuary. There, she welcomes visitors by appointment, accompanied by her current "accomplices": objects, furniture pieces, sculptures, and artworks created by both emerging talents and established design icons.

It is her way of following in the footsteps of her father—the late Roger Pailhas, a gallerist and prominent figure in the contemporary art world—who passed on to her his curiosity and appreciation for the creative work of his time. Her palette pays homage to the Mediterranean light, blending the vibrant textures of ceramics, textiles, and painting.
